Not sure if flying is for you? Schedule a discovery flight in McKinney, Texas for $249! This will be a short, 45-minute introductory flight with an instructor where you get to sit in the pilot’s seat and get your hands on the flight controls.

Already know this is what you want to do? Skip the discovery flight and start on ground school! The more knowledge you have when you start your training, the faster you will be able to progress through it, saving both time and money. There are several online options for this, including King Schools and Sportys. Bonus points if you show up with your Private Pilot Knowledge Test already completed!

A Third Class Medical Certificate is required for the Private Pilot License. You can search for a local Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) to schedule an exam with here.
